Stages Of Renovation
A renovation project is broken down into stages in order to keep track of progress and ensure proper execution. Inspection and quotation approval & booking, design (if needed), procurement of raw materials, appointing the labor force & supervisor, execution & monitoring, and handover are all steps of renovation that must be completed.

Inspection and Exchange of Quotations
Inspection of the house and taking down all of the client’s requests are the first steps in home renovation. The quotation is shared with them after a thorough examination.
Booking and Approval
After the quotation has been shared, the client must approve it. Following approval, the client must sign the booking agreement, after which the project will proceed to the design/procurement phase.
Design
The project moves on to the following stage, which is design, once the booking agreement is finished. This step is only required if any kind of structure needs to be built. Expert architects will create a plan and submit an approval request. Procurement of raw materials will be done from now on in order to begin the execution procedure. If design isn’t required, this step is skipped and the project continues straight to execution.
Choosing a Workforce and a Supervisor
Before beginning the execution phase, a labour force is assigned to the project, along with a supervisor who will monitor the labour force and keep track of its progress.
Monitoring & Execution
Whether it’s a whole home makeover, kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation, or minor renovation work, the client receives daily updates (pictures and videos) via Whatsapp. Our supervisor delivers a progress report three times a week to maintain track of the project’s overall timetable. Raw materials are obtained as and when they are required.
Handover
When the project is finished and the refurbished property is handed over to the client, this is the last stage.
